Overview

Queenstown Fight Centre (QFC) is a martial arts and athletic performance training centre on Red Oaks Drive, just across the road from Wakatipu High School. It is led by Head Coach Diego Beneduzzi, a professional fighter with 47 fights and more than 15 years of coaching. QFC offers Muay Thai, boxing, MMA, and strength and conditioning for every level and background.

A structured Teens Programme for ages 12 to 17 launches in Term 3, on 20 July. It focuses on confidence, disciplined fun and respect in a safe, supervised environment.
