WHS endeavours to promote a positive, inclusive and respectful school culture for all of our students and staff. The school considers harmful and/or inappropriate behaviour, whether on or off site, to be unacceptable and we have rules and expectations to support acceptable conduct. However, if thing do go wrong we want our community to feel safe to speak up and be heard. We should all be aware of the harm caused by bullying and help stop it. One of the best ways to do this is to report it.
Any student, staff or member of public can make a confidentialreport using the form on this page. This might be because you are experiencing bullying or are aware of someone else being bullied. The information you provide, including your identity, will be treated in confidence and be managed in accordance with our school policies and processes.
If you do not wish to be contacted or identified then you can submit an anonymous report but please note that this may limit the actions the school can take. We encourage you to make a report, anonymous or otherwise as it helps raise awareness and monitor for future incidents. To assist us in investigating your case we recommend that you provide us with as much information as you can. Your report will be reviewed by our Deputy Principal, who will be in touch to make further enquiries and determine the best way forward. Please note there is no single solution to bullying and each case will be followed up to best meet the needs of the individuals or groups involved.
Student Support Providing a safe and inclusive environment for our community is a priority for the school. As part of this, WHS provides support for students who are experiencing behavioural, wellbeing or health related concerns. For more information on our support services please see Pastoral Care.
